Embodied Equine Sessions are a personalised, in-paddock experience — blending Pilates, yoga, yin, breathwork, meditation, and equine-assisted learning, all held within your own space, alongside your horse.
This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and to come home to yourself.

Together, we may explore:
Pilates-based strength and stability to support your body and riding
Yoga and yin to improve mobility, release tension, and restore balance
Breathwork and meditation to regulate your nervous system and deepen awareness
Ground-based equine-assisted learning to support connection, boundaries, and presence
Your horse is not engaged through direction or expectation — they are met as a calm, intuitive presence that supports awareness, reflection, and connection.

How it works
Sessions are held in your own paddock or outdoor space, in the presence of your horse.
I bring everything needed — including mats, props and equipment — so you can simply arrive.
