Yoga at Body Heart Alchemy is an embodied, integrative practice that supports strength, mobility, and inner awareness. Drawing from Hatha, flow-based, and Yin traditions, sessions are thoughtfully sequenced to invite participants into a deeper relationship with their bodies, breath, and present-moment experience, with an emphasis is on mindful movement.
Classes include fluid sequences to build warmth and strength, alongside slower, sustained postures that encourage release and integration. Breath awareness and choice-based guidance support nervous system regulation, allowing participants to move in ways that feel attuned and responsive. Each session offers space to explore both effort and ease.
