HIIT Pilates

HIIT Pilates at Body Heart Alchemy is a dynamic, full-body workout that combines the strength, precision, and control of Pilates with low-impact, high-intensity interval training. These sessions are designed to challenge and energise the body while remaining low-impact, protecting joints and supporting safe, sustainable movement.

Grounded in Pilates principles of breath, alignment, focus, control, precision, and flow, each class integrates core strengthening, muscular endurance, resistance work, and cardio intervals to create a balanced and empowering movement experience. Performed on a mat without running or jumping, HIIT Pilates offers a strong yet supportive approach to movement that can be adapted for a range of fitness levels.

Sessions finish with stretching, breathwork, and guided rest or meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle and creating space for recovery, clarity, and integration. Regular practice supports posture, mobility, functional movement, resilience, and a more connected relationship with the body.
