Movement has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. What began as a personal devotion to health and wellbeing has evolved into an integrative, embodied approach to supporting others through movement, presence, strength, and connection.
Through Body Heart Alchemy, I offer Pilates, HIIT Pilates, Yoga, Yin, breathwork, meditation, and Equine Assisted Learning experiences that support embodied strength, nervous system regulation, resilience, and meaningful transformation.
As a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, and an Equine Assisted Learning & Wellbeing Facilitator, my work is grounded in mindful, intentional practice. Whether in studio, in nature, or in the presence of horses, sessions are designed to be inclusive, adaptable, and supportive — inviting you to explore, reconnect, and trust your own experience.
Alongside my movement and wellbeing work, I bring more than 25 years of experience across communications, education, publishing, leadership, and facilitation. I am also an author, speaker, and certified health and wellbeing coach with a deep passion for supporting people through life’s more challenging seasons.
