Power Pilates

Power Pilates at Body Heart Alchemy is a dynamic, strength-focused practice designed to build resilience, stability, and full-body awareness. Grounded in classical Pilates principles and informed by contemporary movement science, these sessions challenge the body in a way that is intelligent, purposeful, and supportive. Expect to move with intention, cultivating strength that feels integrated rather than forced.

Classes flow through strong, continuous sequences that emphasise core connection, alignment, and controlled power. You will work with body weight and, at times, small props to increase challenge and variety. Breath and precision remain central, supporting both physical performance and nervous system regulation as intensity builds.

While Power Pilates is physically demanding, sessions are guided with choice and adaptability. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, modify where needed, and rest when needed. The focus is on embodying strength – developing confidence, stamina, and presence that positively transforms your experience beyond the session and into everyday life.
